The company
How we work
What separates a job that holds from a job that slips rarely comes down to the ground. It is decided upstream, in the preparation. Here is exactly how we proceed.
Stage by stage
From enquiry to handover
- 01
Enquiry and requirement analysis
We study the documents, the site constraints and the expected programme. A site visit is arranged as soon as the nature of the works warrants it.
- 02
Engineering and pricing
Quantity take-off, selection of construction methods, sizing of resources, and a proposal itemised by work item with a firm completion period.
- 03
Preparation and set-up
Construction design, site layout plan, prevention plan, setting out, and mobilisation of plant and personnel.
- 04
Construction
Works run by a dedicated site management team, with progress monitoring, witnessed hold points and regular reporting to the client.
- 05
Inspection and handover
Testing and inspection at the agreed stages, clearance of snags, as-built documentation and joint handover.
- 06
Warranty and aftercare
Support throughout the warranty period, attendance on any defects, and advice on maintaining the works.

How we engage
Four ways to work together
Main contractor
We take full responsibility for the operation: construction design, procurement, delivery of every trade and handover of the finished works.
Single package
We deliver one defined package within an operation managed by another party, coordinating with the other trades.
Subcontracting
We give main contractors additional delivery capacity on civil engineering, earthworks or utility packages.
Joint venture
We team up with other contractors to deliver operations that exceed what any one of us could carry alone.
