Constraints specific to the marine environment. Tides, swell, access by land or by sea, weather windows and working alongside port operations shape the programme as much as the technique does. We build them into the phasing at tender stage, because they are what makes a completion date hold — or slip.

Protecting a threatened shoreline
Assessment of wave climate and sediment transport, design of the armour layer, supply and placement of rock within the weather windows the environment dictates.
Repairing a berthing structure
